CoCo Diary is a manufacturer and supplier of customized diaries, notebooks, and corporate gift items. All products are made-to-order based on client requirements and communicated specifications.
2. Orders & Communication
- Orders can be placed through direct contact via phone, email, or the inquiry form on our website.
- Details such as quantity, customization, logo placement, material, and delivery schedule must be confirmed in writing.
- Once an order is confirmed, any changes may be subject to additional charges or revised timelines.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are provided upon inquiry and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Prices may vary based on customization, quantity, and delivery location.
- No online payments are accepted. Payments are collected via agreed offline methods (e.g., cash, bank transfer, cheque).
- Full or partial advance payment may be required to initiate production.
4. Production & Delivery
- Lead time will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly in such cases.
- Delivery charges may apply based on location and order volume.
5. Returns & Replacements
- As all products are customized, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or error in customization.
- Any issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery, along with photographic proof.
- Replacements will be provided only for valid cases approved by our team.
6. Intellectual Property
- All logos and branding submitted by clients for customization remain the property of the client.
- CoCo Diary retains the right to showcase customized products (without personal data) in its portfolio or marketing unless requested otherwise.
7. Limitation of Liability
- CoCo Diary is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from order delays, incorrect product use, or third-party mishandling.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
